We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location was perfect, just a 7-10 minute walk from the iconic Bridge. Being close to public transport made exploring this city a breeze. Additionally, there were plenty of good restaurants in the area, ensuring we never went hungry. The hotel staff were quite helpful, especially when it came to getting in and out of the city. We also enjoyed the included breakfast, which may not have been outstanding but was definitely sufficient. the cleanliness of the hotel and the size of our quad room were impressive.
Nothing for us.

it was clean, quiet and close to Royal North Shore Hospital
small bathroom with no shower walk in access for disabled - quite difficult for my mum to step into the bath. Suggest larger bathroom with walk/wheel in access for disabled be included in any future renovations, especially given its close proximity to Mater Hospital (behind the motel), Royal North Shore Hospital and Greenwich Hospital.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to shops and transport, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. You'll find a variety of good restaurants in the area to satisfy your cravings. The rooms are clean and in order, with great views overlooking the suburbs and the ocean. The continental buffet breakfast is included, offering a selection of cereals, toast, juices, and more to start your day off right.
The television in the room could use an upgrade to provide access to a wider range of channels.

Buffet breakfast was good.
The tv was old and had poor channels to choose from. The remote control was held together with sticky tape! The shower was terrible- no pressure and very temperature sensitive.

It fitted well within my budget and was in the best location for me as I have family nearby. Close to public transport is a bonus, too.
Noise from lifts is disturbing. Next time I'll ask for a quiet room.

The noise from a coach load of young guests. They were not supervised well and hotel staff should have seen they were interfering with access for other guests and intervened. Also to charge for bankcard use is inappropriate.

good location, close to transport, good selection of restaurants etc close by.
diligence of cleaning staff left a bit to be desired. Temp control of room was very poor, room was uncomfortably warm, unable to get any effective cooling when ambient temp out side quite cool. would hate to be there in mid summer. When asked desk staff stated that it was a issue with body corporate for building. Noted from previous comments that this issue has been on going for some time

Convenience to business & restaurants/shops
Hotel needs a bit of a make over, feels a bit stuck in the 70s - bathrooms in particular. I only stay here purely based on location to office.
